When you go to bed actually looking forward to your 5 AM workout… you know you’ve finally figured something out. 🤍

As a mom of three, this 30 minutes in the morning is honestly what keeps me sane. It’s the one thing I do just for me before the chaos of the day starts.

I’ve never been this consistent with working out in my life... and I think it’s because it’s simple. I follow my program on @joinladder , press play, and 30 minutes later I’m done.

Right now I’m doing Team Endure, which is a dumbbells-only progressive overload strength program with a big focus on core and mobility. After having three kids, that functional strength and core work is really important to me.

Six days a week, 30 minutes a day, focusing on strength, core, mobility, and I honestly feel better than I have in years.

More energy. Better mood. Stronger body.

Basically my daily dose of endorphins… and as we all know, endorphins make you happy. And happy people just don’t kill their husbands. 💁🏼‍♀️ (who here gets that reference 😆)

You need to try this.

This is my 5-minute high-protein, high-fiber Greek yogurt bowl that actually keeps me full.

And the best part? The protein I use has 11g of fiber per serving, which makes hitting my daily fiber goal so much easier.

✨ High Protein + High Fiber Yogurt Bowl
Base:
170g Greek yogurt
1 scoop protein (I use @pinkstork vanilla protein)
Optional: 7g sugar-free vanilla Jell-O mix for extra sweetness without a ton of extra calories

Mix until smooth and creamy.
Then build it however you want 👇

Fruit:
Raspberries
Blueberries
Banana

Add-ins:
Peanut butter
Flaxseed (extra fiber boost)
Chocolate chips
Chopped nuts
Crushed Biscoff
Partake cookies
Once you have the base (Greek yogurt + protein + optional Jell-O), you can turn it into whatever fits your sweet tooth.

✅High protein.
✅High fiber.
✅Dessert vibes.

If you haven’t answered 100 questions by 8am, packed lunches, broken up a sibling fight, and wrestled a toddler into shoes… I don’t want your productivity advice. 🙃

Most time management tips weren’t made for moms.

They assume:
– you can follow a 10-step morning routine without stopping to wipe someone’s butt
– you can do “deep work for 90 minutes” while your baby is switching from 2 naps to 1
– or that a surprise 5-minute car nap won’t ruin your entire afternoon

That’s not our reality.
And that’s why the hacks don’t stick.

What actually works?
Building a plan around your real life, not fighting it.

Figure out:
✅ When you actually have focus.
✅ When your energy is decent.
✅ When your day is guaranteed chaos.

For me? Early mornings are the only time I can get my workout in consistently. I have to set boundaries around my afternoon work block. And NOTHING will get accomplished between 5-7pm while we are deep in dinner/bath/bedtime chaos.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to optimize every hour… and just got honest about the hours I actually have.

I feel like this sandwich has been patiently waiting its turn 😅

After weeks of me saying “should we just do Philly cheesesteak?”… we finally did it.
And it delivered.

Classic Philly Cheesesteak
How we made it:
• Shaved steak
• Sautéed onions + green peppers
• Provolone cheese
• French baguette brushed with garlic butter

We cooked everything on the griddle so it all blended together perfectly... tender steak, caramelized veggies, melty cheese in every bite.

The garlic butter baguette is what made it extra special. It held everything together but soaked up all that flavor in the best way.

It’s savory, cozy, filling… but still simple.
And when all three kids ask for seconds? That’s when you know it’s a keeper.
Definitely adding this one to our regular rotation.

Yes, I already have my kids swimsuits for their Easter basket picked out (swipe to see the matching ones on the 5th slide!) Target really upped their swimsuit collection this year and they are actually cute, not cheesy! Also I like that the girls swimwear doesn't have a bunch of crazy cut outs like in years past. Much more modest and functional for girls!

The toddler boys have multiple cute options, and the toddler girl ones even have the cutest, subtle Disney prints that don't scream "characters".
