Welcome to Sweet for Kindergarten! I'm Kristina, the founder of Sweet for Kindergartenβ’, and I'm passionate about all things phonics and phonemic awareness.
In my first year teaching Kindergarten, I was overwhelmed by phonics instruction. With no training, no guide, and no idea where to start, I struggled to find an effective approach. After years of research, experimenting in my own classroom, and achieving success with my students, I knew I wanted to help more teachers who had been in my position. That's exactly why I started Sweet for Kindergartenβ’.
